- Be in the same form of payment
- Equal the "total unit price" of the items printed on your sales receipt
- Exclude shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping mistake on our part)

How It Works

The instructions below are designed to expedite the return on your merchandise. Each of the steps below needs to be followed in order for BCI to provide you with a satisfactory experience.
- Place the item securely in the original package, if possible, or provide a comparable safe package of your own.
- Copy your sales receipt and write on the back of it the reason for your return and put it in the package.

- Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number. We cannot be responsible for damages made by the shipping company.
- Please don't send C.O.D. We can't accept it.
