The Beyond Consequences Institute (BCI) is now offering support and supervision for you to start a parent support group. As a parent leader, you will be able to take the Beyond Consequences parenting model into your community as an outreach training and support program. You'll be able to reach other parents who are struggling to find solutions for healing and for connection. Imagine the possibilities you'll be creating for parents to be able to connect with their children and to deepen their relationships with their children, from a love-based, healing platform!
You…a leader? ABSOLUTELY! Who else is better qualified? You have already had the best training that could ever be provided - it happens every day, every minute, in your own home! But we'll be here to support you and help you to become a leader to teach other parents how to implement the Beyond Consequences Model into their homes. Through teleconferences, you will be able to have live support and have the opportunity to ask questions related to your specific group. You will also be able to connect with other BCI Parent Support Group Leaders from around the country through these teleconferences.
Truly the only requirement from you is a heart for helping others and a passion for ending the fear and chaos that traditional parenting techniques are bringing into homes.
Based on the Beyond Consequences model, our groundbreaking approach gives understanding to behaviors that seem abnormal, "crazy," and down right absurd. The first step in creating this understanding is through education. While many people can learn from reading a book on their own, many find this type of learning difficult, tiring, and completely boring. As people, we are designed to be in relationships and to be connected…this fact directly correlates to our need to learn in community. Learning in a group setting helps to keep us focused, creates opportunity for questions and answers, and most of all, is more enjoyable.
