Last year I attended a neuroscience conference and it was
interesting to hear nationally recognized speakers discussing
the notion of being present. This kind of mindfulness is
being scientifically shown to enhance our physiology. In this
state, we are more loving, more kind, and have more acceptance--
all of which we need in parenting difficult children.
So I invited Thomas Dow to help explain this concept
